  • We continuously monitor flight statuses. There won't be any additional charges for flight delays up to two hours. However, beyond two hours, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking.

  • Cancellations made 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of cancellation fees, except for applicable bank processing fees based on the booking amount. For cancellations within 12 hours of pickup, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
