1. Fare Structure

Our pricing is fixed and determined based on the shortest route, not the quickest one. A ride booked at a fixed price should adhere to the driver's selected route, and any deviation requested by the passenger may result in a fare adjustment determined by www.dubaiairporttaxis.ae, typically incurring an additional charge of AED 5 per extra mile.

2. Baggage Allowance

Each passenger is allowed 1 medium-sized suitcase (checked luggage) with dimensions not exceeding 158cm or 62 inches in height + width and weighing no more than 23kg or 50lb. Additionally, 1 hand luggage with dimensions of approximately 56cm in height, 45cm in width, and 25cm in diameter (22 x 17.5 x 9.85 inches) per person is permitted. Any luggage beyond these specifications is the sole responsibility of the passenger.

3. Driver's Discretion

Under certain circumstances, the driver reserves the right to refuse service if they perceive a passenger as a threat to themselves or the vehicle.

4. Changes of Plans

It is the passenger's responsibility to inform the office of any changes such as flight cancellations, delays, or rescheduling to update booking details. Deviations in pickup or drop-off locations may result in a fare adjustment based on the chosen locations.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees apply based on the notice period:

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time incur a bank processing fee.
  • Cancellations between 12 to 6 hours prior result in a charge of 50% of the total journey price.
  • Cancellations within 6 hours of the pick-up time result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the journey price.
  • Refunds are not issued if a passenger cannot be reached at the time of pickup.
  • Once a driver is dispatched or en route, no refunds are provided.
  • All cancellations must be made over the phone or by replying to the reservation confirmation email.

5.1 Change in Pickup Time

Changes to pickup time within 12 hours of the scheduled time must be made over the phone. The company reserves the right to reject or cancel such changes, with no refunds applicable.

6. Communication

Passengers must keep their phones switched on, as it is the primary means of communication for pickups. If a passenger is unreachable, the full journey fare will still be charged.

7. Locate the Driver

The company contacts passengers at the time of pickup to assist in locating the driver. Drivers communicate and guide passengers in the airport pickup and drop-off zones.

8. Fouling Charges

Any fouling of the vehicle by a passenger may result in a minimum charge of AED 30.00, depending on the severity.

9. Vehicle Request

While efforts are made to provide the requested vehicle, circumstances and availability may lead to the provision of a larger vehicle.

10. Flight Delays

The company accommodates flight delays up to 1 hour but reserves the right to cancel the booking after this period. No responsibility is taken for compensation or additional charges incurred due to cancellation or arranging alternate transport.

11. Waiting Time

An additional 30 minutes of free waiting time is provided after the scheduled pickup time for airport pickups. Beyond this, a charge of AED 20 per 30 minutes applies. Early customer readiness does not guarantee an early pickup, and pickups occur at the scheduled time, with efforts made to accommodate if the assigned driver is available.

Hourly Hire

  • Change in the destination from the given booking detail by the customer will be charged as per the rate list
  • Arrival Wait time is 1 hour
  • Departure Wait time is 15-20 minutes maximum from the given time provided by you. Extra hours will be charged as per above rates
  • Number of Luggage allowed will be 2 in a 4 seater and 5 in a 7 seaters).
  • No Show will be charged 100%
  • Any cancellation 6 hours prior to pickup time is not chargeable except Minimum Bank Charges of AED 10, (3 hours prior is 50% chargeable)
  • If the customer denies to sit in the provided vehicle due to the number of Passengers/Luggage or any unnecessary concern, they will be charged 100% of the fare.
